10th anniversary of employment in duplicate

Heinrich Prinz and Andreas Fries celebrate their 10th anniversary of employment at ELFLEIN.

In 1998 Heinrich Prinz started his professional career at ELFLEIN's Welding and Metalworking Section and to this day he has been faithful to this department. Back then his brother Viktor, who is now working with ELFLEIN since 12 years, brought him from Berlin to us where he immediately turned out to be a welding specialist. "Not even a welding robot could barely work more efficiently and accurately than our Heinrich" so Olaf Elflein. Diligence, conscientiousness and maximum reliability are the characteristics that make him indispensable.

The same nature applies for Andreas Fries, who started his career in 1998 as our company's first apprentice in the Section "Technical Confection". After his final examination and his military service he completed his master class in 2006. Since this day he may call himself "Master Technical Confection" what only a few people in Germany can do. Since three years he is leading this department and he always distinguishes himself in perfect scheduling and absolute high quality awareness.

The festive occasion was celebrated with Russian specialities from the charcoal grill.

We thank both of them for their great commitment and their willingness in all these years and hope that they will remain with our company for a long time.
